After more than a decade steering our successful growth and development, PWDA will be saying farewell to our amazing Co-CEOs, Matthew Bowden and Therese Sands this year.
This week, our search will start for their successor(s), who will continue our work to achieve our vision of a socially just, accessible and inclusive community, in which the human rights, belonging, contribution, potential and diversity of all people with disability are recognised, respected and celebrated with pride.

- Building organisational impact and effectiveness
- Achieving social and political change
