DESCRIPTION:Connect with the team from People with Disability Australia to find out more about our advocacy and membership. We can help with housing\, health\, education\, police\, public transport\, guardianship\, and more. \nWe’ll be available at the One Stop Shop at Newtown Neighbourhood Centre\, Newtown. \nOne Stop ShopNewtown Neighbourhood Centre (NNC) hosts a weekly One Stop Shop\, bringing together a hub of essential services including Centrelink\, Haymarket Foundation and Orange Sky Laundry\, who can provide face-to-face assistance to all members of the community. \nWhen: Every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm \nPWDA attends once a month. \nWhere: 11-13 Darley Street\, Newtown \nOur individual advocates are trained professionals who support or work on behalf of a person with disability to support them to speak out and defend their rights and interests as well as sort out complaints\, issues and problems. The service is free and confidential. \nBookings not required.
