Expressions of interest now open for the 2025 program

The Advancing Women project tailors support for organisations to foster disability inclusion, empowering women with disability to lead and excel in a workplace culture that values their contributions.

  • No cost: Your organisation receives access to all resources and a dedicated PWDA project officer to work with your team.
  • Education and training: Equip your workplace with the tools needed to promote a disability-confident culture.
  • 20 week eLearning mentoring program: Enable senior leaders to mentor women with disability, supporting their growth into leadership roles.

Register your interest now

  • Start date: February 2025
  • Commitment: 26 weeks, including the 20-week mentoring program.
  • Time: 20 minutes weekly from participants during the mentoring program.
  • Minimum: 5 mentees and 5 mentors will need to be recruited from your organisation.
