PWDA Employee Values Statement

Our values represent who we are and how we will drive change, together.

At PWDA, our employee values were developed by our staff to guide how we work, collaborate and serve our community.

Our Four Employee Values:

  • Community focused – We take pride in delivering high-quality service to our customers, colleagues, clients, members and the broader disability community.
  • Work as a team – We work together as a team. We are empowered, accountable and respectful of each other.
  • Act with integrity – We are responsible for our own actions and do what is right.
  • Champion inclusion – We contribute to a workplace where all people feel respected, valued and able to contribute.

At PWDA, we live these values every day and we recognise and celebrate others who do the same.
