Things we can help with:
- NDIS (including problems with service providers),
- Complaints,
- QCAT,
- Guardianship and Financial Administration,
- Decision making,
- Child safety and Housing,
- information about the Redress scheme.
Some things to remember:
- Miia is not able to provide any legal advice or support.
- We are not able to assist with finding a place to live or applying for NDIS.
- There is no cost.
- Miia would need to record some basic information such as name, DOB, address (post code only), gender, ATSI status, citizenship status and details about disability. Miia will need to record these into our system for auditing and funding related purposes.
