The National Redress Scheme for survivors of institutional child sexual abuse started on 1 July 2018 and will close on 30 June 2028. The Federal Government has funded specialist services across Australia to provide support to survivors as they engage with the redress process.

Five of the NSW Redress Support Services (KBHAC, Link-up NSW, PWDA, Wattle Place and SAMSN) have formed a steering committee to engage with community organisations and services ensuring you have detailed information about the National Redress Scheme at your finger tips.

The half day workshop will cover:

  • Presentations from Redress Support Services and from Knowmore Legal Service.
  • Q & A session answering your questions about the National Redress Scheme.
