Senior Manager Individual Advocacy NSW
Full-time office-based role | Surry Hills location.
The Senior Manager Individual Advocacy (NSW) will be responsible for the operational leadership of our NSW Individual Advocacy teams.
The role is focused on creating a positive and supportive employee experience, with an emphasis on wellbeing, engagement, and professional growth. You will provide regular one-on-one supervision and case reviews, as well as coaching and mentoring team members to build their confidence, skills, and collective capability.
