Session 4 – Disability Advocacy and Navigating Issues at School or TAFE

Session 4 in a series of information sessions hosted in Liverpool Council libraries held at Carnes Hill Library. 

Come along and learn all about how PWDA advocates provide free, confidential, and personalised support for school-aged students with disability and their families.

During this session you will learn how an advocates can help you understand your rights as a student with disability and how an advocate can support you to solve concerns or problems with the school and request specific support. You can also ‘Ask an Advocate’ questions during Q&A.

This interactive session is designed for students with disability, parents of adults or young people with disability and partners or family members providing support.
