Have your say on what the NDIS should fund

The federal government wants to change the rules about what you can use NDIS funds for. They have created draft rules, which list what supports you can and cannot use NDIS money for. We want you to have your say on these draft rules.

Draft lists of NDIS supports have been released

The federal government wants to change the rules about what you can use NDIS funds for. They have created draft rules, which list what supports you can and cannot use NDIS money for. We are calling the draft rules on what NDIS funds cannot be used for the “no” lists.

Why this matters

PWDA is worried that these changes could be bad for some people with disability and NDIS participants. We are worried they could impact your access to supports and the creative and cost-effective ways you use your NDIS funds. We need to know what you think about these draft rules. Your feedback is important! It will help us tell the federal government what supports we need NDIS money for and what changes they need to make to these draft rules.

Have your say

We want you to answer 5 questions. We need your answers by Monday 12 August so we can tell the government what we heard. You can write your answers in this form:

Remember, nothing is changing yet

The government cannot make changes until there are changes to the law. This means politicians need to agree. We have time to tell them how we feel and try and stop any changes we believe will have a negative impact on NDIS participants and people with disability.
