PWDA Survey: Your Experience with the NDIS Supports Rules and NDIS Supports Lists (Section 10)
20 June 2025
Introduction
In October 2024, the NDIA introduced NDIS Supports rules (also known as Section 10), including NDIS Support lists, outlining what the NDIS will and won’t fund.
The Australian Government is reviewing the NDIS Supports rules and asking for feedback from the disability community.
Many people have said the NDIS Support lists are too strict, confusing, or don’t work well for people with complex or overlapping disabilities.
PWDA has made this survey to ensure your voice is heard on this matter.
You can complete the survey below or click the green button to open it in a new window.
Who is the survey for?
This survey is for people with disability, families and supporters to share your experience.
When does the survey close?
The survey will be open until Thursday 10 July 2025.
How your information will be used
Your feedback will help shape PWDA’s submission to the government as part of the current consultation on the NDIS Supports rules. The submission will highlight key issues and include quotes or examples (without names or identifying information) to show how the current rules affect real people.
The feedback you provide will be de-identified.
- You will not be identified in the submission.
- All responses are confidential.
- You don’t need to answer every question.
- If you share your story, please avoid naming specific NDIA staff or providers.
If you have any concerns or would like to withdraw your response later, you can contact us on email pwd@pwd.org.au or phone 1800 422 015.
