Engage-In aims to break down the barriers people with disability and psychosocial disability face when they try to access services while living in institutional settings.
Talk Up project
The Talk Up project is about empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability to know and understand their legal rights, through the creation and delivery of educational resources and workshops.
Pandemic Research project
The Pandemic Research Project looks at how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the mental health and wellbeing of women with disability.
Enable In project
Our Enable In project worked with people with disability who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as people with psychosocial disability, to connect with the NDIS and a range of mainstream services.
Creating Access project
PWDA worked with Youth Action to support young people with disability in an innovative project that built the capacity of services in NSW’s youth sector to be responsive, inclusive and accessible to young people with disability.
NDIS Citizens’ Jury Scorecard project
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Citizens’ Jury Scorecard project was an innovative project to involve Australian citizens evaluate the staged roll out of the NDIS.
