Expressions of interest are now open
PWDA members are invited to register your interest to join PWDA as marchers in the 2024 Sydney Mardi Gras parade! There is a limited number of spots for participants and priority will be given to PWDA members and LGBTQIA+ community members.
Our parade entry will represent people with disability as ‘everyday people…with a disability’. Our message is “The Future is NOW” – that we aren’t waiting around for society while it works towards becoming accessible and inclusive. We must make change now in 2024, not in the future.”
The parade will take place on Saturday 2 March 2024 on Oxford Street. Participants will need to be on site from 4:30pm onwards until the end of the parade (around 10:30pm at the latest).
