Charlestown Lake Macquarie – Tuesday 8 September
A free half-day workshop for people with disability who prefer information in plain language and a relaxed, interactive learning environment.
At the workshop we will talk about:
- Different types of relationships.
- What healthy, unhealthy and unsafe relationships can look like.
- Your rights, choices, consent and personal boundaries.
- Early warning signs that something might not be right.
- Where to get help and who you can talk to if you are worried.
Family members, carers and support workers are welcome to attend if requested by the participant.
Light catering and refreshments will be provided.
